  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Eagle Claw hangtags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
